If The Gut Friendly Cookbook isn’t right for you, email support@gutfriendlycookbook.com within 7 days of your purchase and we’ll refund your payment in full. No questions asked.
How to request a refund
- Email support@gutfriendlycookbook.com from the address you used at checkout, or include that address in your message.
- Requests must be sent within 7 days of your purchase date.
- We’ll confirm by email, usually within one business day.
When you’ll see your money
Refunds go back to your original payment method through our payment processor, Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement.
After a refund
Because the ebooks are digital, we ask that you delete any copies you downloaded once your refund is issued.
Requests after 7 days
Purchases older than 7 days aren’t eligible for a refund. If something went wrong with your order, such as a file that won’t open or a duplicate charge, email us anytime and we’ll make it right.
